Simulator:

The Simulator, also known as "Performance Simulator" is competency based learning software and was designed by Dr. Herbert Kellner, Ph.D. and developed by myself. The current version runs entirely in HTML5 with CSS and JavaScript and is SCORM compatible, which will function directly in browsers on Apple iPads and iPhones (so it does not need to be in the Apple App store), Android Tablets and phones as well as desktop/laptop HTML5-compatible browsers for Windows and Mac computers. The latest version of the Simulator was developed for Sedlak and Partner through the Ministry of Education in Germany and is currently being used by educators (teachers) at the University of Hamburg in Germany and the first Pilot program is launched in China. The PERFORMANCE SIMULATOR is a computer based training tool and provides a learning environment which will be used in the methods of experiential learning in a situation-based learning context to develop core skills and specific skills. With this innovative tool, large groups of employees can get into a time and location independent collective learning process.
