Job Contender and Career Contender:
The Job Contender and Career Contender project was started by Dr. Herbert Kellner, Ph.D. of the Institute of Training and Development, Mikel Walton and myself. The project includes plans for development of game style apps (edutainment), websites and a TV show which will teach the users/viewers the necessary skills that will increase their chances of performing better than their peers in today's job marketplace. Industry experts include: Harvey MacKay, Jack Canfield, Brian Tracy, Sarita Maybin, Jim Cathcart and more. Much of the development work has already been done as you can see by viewing the prototype (requires Unity browser plug-in) which showcases the general level of quality and presentation of the game.

It is important to note that the web-demo also works on the Android mobile platform (see more below), and this functionality is very valuable at this early stage of development since much of the expense of bringing a quality software title to mobile is in making the software compatible with mobile.
